With around 48 growers and gardeners throughout East Java, Indonesia, who are working collectively, we are ready to supply live ornamental plants including small and indoor plants, big and outdoor plants, and bonsai plants.
How We Prepare for Shipment
In general, the process of preparation is the same between small and big plants which will be undergoing four steps that will be explained below. However, the only difference will be in term of delivery time between small and big plants, where we need to send small plants, especially the monocots, as soon as we have finished the packing process in order to maintain the plant conditions.

STEP 01 | Receiving Inquiry and Collecting Plants
After receiving inqury from customer, we will quote the plant price list with detailed specifications and pictures. We will begin collecting the plants requested by customer as soon as the specification and condition of the plants have been agreed by both parties (seller and buyer).

STEP 02 | Packing and Recovery Process
After uprooting plants from its medium there will be a fumigation, packing, and recovery process in order to make sure all the plants are alive. The plants will be moved into a new medium of cocopeat and we will wait until the plants regrow their new sprout and leaves. In case there is a plant that dies in this stage, We as the seller will bear the cost and replace it with the new one.

STEP 03 | Undergoing Quarantine and Preparing Documents
We will take the plant into the quarantine process while preparing all necessary documents such as taxation, phytosanitary, fumigation, export duty, insurance (optional), and others until the plants are ready to be shipped.

STEP 04 | Loading Time and Delivery Process
